First, let me thank you on behalf of the Allied Training Command for your interest in becoming a Commissioned Officer in the Allied High Command; the Basic Officer Leaders Course has been formulated to be both straightforward enough to facilitate progression and comprehensive enough to leave players graduating through as AHC Officers well placed to serve the playerbase. Membership of High Command carries a high degree of responsibility and CRS require all HC members complete this program, which focuses on the two main elements required of a serving Allied Officer - behaviour and command tools.

Being an Allied Officer requires a certain mindset that needs to be displayed through positive behaviour. This attitude does not exist in all players and we would ask all candidates to be certain that they are ready to take this mantle on; HC Officers are ambassadors of the game and must show a fierce detemination to encourage and inspire the playerbase while staring defeat square in the face. AHC Officers strive to remain upbeat when times are hard and avoid complacency when things go well. Above all, we serve the playerbase by providing the tools to fight the war with and giving them the direction in which to apply those tools.

The AHC command tools can be split into game mechanics and leadership skills, both of which are covered in this Course. The game mechanics training gives Officer Candidates the knowledge on how to control the tactical and strategic battlefield by unit movement and supply control. Leadership skills training will cover planning, coordinating and executing operations across the three Branches; on graduating BOLC you will be fully equipped to support and lead operations; your attitude will inspire the playerbase and your skills and knowledge will direct them to glory.
